delivery details & information on returns

We aim to despatch small orders of clothing (e.g. t-shirts, polos, sweatshirts, hoodies) within 10 working days, but obviously sometimes it can take longer, so we have to say please allow up to 28 days for delivery, as per the distance trading laws, but obviously we do our utmost to get orders to you as soon as possible.  If an order is placed after 4pm or at weekends then the working day starts from either the next day during the week or Monday if placed at the weekend.

If you have a deadline then please email first and let us know, so we can let you know whether we will be able to do this for you by the time you require.

For larger orders we will let you know approx timescales and if this is not acceptable we will refund your money.

We post all items either by Royal Mail 1st class post (which can taken 2-3 working days), or by courier for larger orders.

We accept returns on plain items, as long as they are delivered back to us in a saleable condition (i.e. have not been worn, washed, etc).  For personalised items, we regret that we cannot accept returns unless we have made an error in your order, in which case we are happy to rectify the problem or give a refund.  If you wish to return a plain item for reasons such as you don't like the item, you ordered the wrong colour or size, etc, then we will refund you the cost of the hoodie minus a contribution towards postage, and you will be responsible for the cost of posting the item back to us.  So please do double check the details before ordering!
