Terms and Conditions

Ordering From Oxford Print:

Browse through our website and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. When you have made your selection, click on “checkout” You will then be asked to provide details so that we can process the order. Orders can only be sent to the confirmed Paypal address shown when payment is made. Please check this to make sure it is your current address!

Delivery schedule:

We try to process all orders, where possible, within 5 - 10 working days, but this depends on the size of the order etc. Larger orders will take longer!  So please allow up to 30 days as per the Distance Trading Regulations.  If we are unable to fulfil your order within this time, we will contact you and offer you a refund, should you not wish to wait.

We post all items 1st class once we have finished printing them, and obviously this can take between 1-2 days for the Royal Mail to deliver. If you have a firm date when you need an item for, please email first as we will let you know whether this is possible. For larger orders we use Parcelforce or DHL. 

Payment:

We accept payment by Cash, Cheques (sent by registered mail). We also accept PayPal, safe online payments that allow you to pay with your credit or debit card.

Packaging:

At Oxford Print, we want you to receive your purchase in the same great condition it left us. We use only good quality, new materials for packaging and take great care to insure that happens. We too buy online and can assure you NO ONE takes better care of your purchases. In the unlikely event that an item should arrive damaged due to our negligence, simply return the item and a replacement will be mailed out, free of any charge.

Deliveries to UK mainland (inc. Northern Ireland):

For UK mainland deliveries, postage will be charged at cost PLUS a small fee for packaging and handling. The postage cost per item should be shown along side the item description, if it is not, please email Oxford Print for a quote. Items mailed within the UK will normally be sent first class recorded delivery and insured for £30.00. Heavier items may be sent Parcel Force 48 hour and will normally be insured for the full replacement value of the item. If a buyer requires enhanced insurance, Special Delivery or an expedited service please email the above for a quote BEFORE placing your order. Oxford Print reserves the right to replace any of the above services, without notice, for a similar or enhanced service, where we deem it to be more appropriate.

Overseas & non-mainland UK:

We do not accept orders from outside the UK.

Returns:

Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have seven working days (starting the day after the day the goods are delivered) to cancel your order for PLAIN CLOTHING.  Upon receipt we will reimburse the cost of the item and your postal charges.

For personalised items, we regret we cannot accept returns, unless we have made an error in your order, in which case we would be happy to rectify your order or give a full refund.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund any orders. E&OA.
